If you’re ready for a clear, easy-to-follow plan that will teach your child the skills necessary to happily sleep through the night (and take long, restful naps during the day), then here’s everything you need to know about setting up a private consultation with me.

Sleep-consultation

Sleep Consultations 5 Steps:

  • A preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting. (Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.)
  • A private, 90 minute consultation where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, nightwakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.
  • A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for you after the conclusion of our meeting.
  • WhatsApp support for the first three nights to support you through the start of the plan. 8am-5pm
  • Zoom/telephone call every 3 days. These follow-up calls typically last about 15 minutes, and we’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions.

The consultation will take place via zoom call. If you would like to Meet in person, this is also an option. My availability varies, but I can often accommodate a new client within about a week… and sometimes even sooner. The cost for the full-service sleep consultation package varies per age group. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or Cheque.

Refresher:

This package is specifically for parents who have met with me in the past, but are looking for a “refresher.” This is a popular option for past clients who have recently had a new baby — or who are expecting in the near future.

This package includes:

  • A private, 60 minute consultation that we’ll use to discuss any particular challenges you might be having with your child. Since we’ve already worked together, a full hour is usually more than enough time to cover all your questions and concerns.
  • One follow-up email/ WhatsApp session. At the end of our consultation, I’ll give you my private email address and or WhatsApp number so that you’ll be able to send me a message with additional questions that might come up. I’ll respond to your questions within two business days.

Please note that in order to qualify for this package, we must have worked together in the past. You can book a Refresher consultation by contacting me directly.

Newborn Plan-Getting off to a good start
(0 – 4 Months)

2 weeks package

The newborn package is a great way to get your baby off to the right start. Creating strong sleep habits from day one can really set you up for success going forward.

What is included in the package?

  • A 60 minute private consultation to discuss current habits (if any) and preferences you may have going forward.
  • A personalized sleep log which will guide you into how your day should look and what techniques to use when putting your little one to sleep.
  • Email support: 2x emails to discuss any questions you may have.
  • Goodbye email containing helpful hints and tips going forward.

Baby Plan
(4 – 24 Months)

2 weeks package

The baby package includes a personalised sleep plan for your child based on the information collected from the preliminary evaluation and during our consultation. This plan will address your baby’s individual needs and will provide you with a clear, easy to follow guide to help teach your baby healthy sleep habits. Included in the plan will also be information on how your day should look as a whole to ensure a strong routine.

What is included in the package?

  • A preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting. (Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.)
  • A private, 90 minute consultation where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, nightwakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.

The toddler package includes a plan for your little one based on the information collected from the preliminary evaluation and during our consultation. This plan will address your toddler’s individual needs and will provide you with a clear, easy to follow plan to help teach your little one healthy sleep habits.

What is included in the package?
